• A screenshot when it helps explain a visual or technical problem.

Keep sensitive information out of email

Never send your password, authentication codes, API keys, or complete payment-card details. For billing questions, the purchase date, amount, and account email are normally enough to locate the transaction.

Privacy and billing requests

Use the same email address for data-access or deletion requests, duplicate-charge questions, and other concerns covered by the Privacy Policy or Refund Policy.
