Refund Policy
Litmus sells one-time credit packs used to unlock Deep Analysis. Completed credit purchases are normally final, subject to the legal rights described below.

Credit-pack purchases
Credit packs are one-time digital purchases. Once purchased credits have been delivered to your Litmus wallet, purchases are non-refundable for change of mind, unused credits, or dissatisfaction with a report, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Credits are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and have no cash value outside Litmus.
Deep Analysis unlocks
Unlocking Deep Analysis deducts 90 credits and permanently unlocks the premium report for that report owner. If two or more premium sections fail completely, Litmus automatically restores the 90-credit unlock while keeping the report unlocked and every usable section available. Sections marked partial do not count as failed sections.
A single failed section does not trigger this quality refund. If Deep Analysis fails completely and no premium module succeeds, Litmus restores the credits and returns the report to its free state. If unlock setup fails before the job is accepted, you are not charged or the debit is reversed automatically.
Duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorised charges
Contact the developer if you believe you were charged more than once, charged the wrong amount, or did not authorise a purchase. Requests are reviewed against Stripe payment records and the Litmus credit ledger.
How to request a review
Email adnanniloy@gmail.com with the account email, purchase date, amount, and a short explanation. Do not send passwords or complete payment-card details.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Where applicable law requires a cancellation, repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, that law takes priority over this policy.
